Value-motivational meanings of professional activity

The social mechanism of value-motivational meanings formation of pedagogical employees in orphanages

The article is a progressive continuation of the study of current state of management in Russian orphanages. Earlier, the author empirically identified problematic situations that are barrier to the development of system of orphans institutions. This work aims to outline ways to prevent existing problems at the macro-, meso- and microsocial levels of orphanages management. To achieve this goal, the author proposes a social mechanism for the development of value-motivational meanings of teaching staff. The developed social mechanism affects not only professional groups, but also social institutions, which, on the basis of coordinated actions at the levels of the macro-meso- and micro-environment, act as direction of orphanages development. The article proposes an integral system of interrelated actions at all levels of social relations, which will allow reorienting orphanages from the mode of functioning to the stage of development. The article will be useful to civil servants, heads of social and educational institutions, researchers who are dealing with issues with a similar research subject.

 

Value-motivational meanings as prerequisites for the development of employees innovativeness

The paper on the basis of the theoretical and empirical analysis proposes a new scientific interpretation of the value-semantic foundations of the employees innovativeness development. The author defines terminal value-motivational meanings, which are prerequisites of employees innovative activity in labor behavior. The article identifies groups of employees with high, medium and low levels of the value-semantic potential of innovativeness (depending on the grades of significance of the corresponding value-motivational meanings). The directions of activity for value-oriented management implementation of employees innovative potential are proposed.

The transformation of value orientations is one of the important objects of sociological research. In turn, the student environment has an important impact on the formation of the values of student youth, both in the professional and in the general cultural sphere. The article discusses the key approaches to the study of values and their formation among modern students.

Social responsibility in the system of human-centered management of enterprises and organizations

The article analyzes the problems of the formation of responsible behavior of various professional-qualification and status groups of enterprises and organizations employees when solving socially significant problems. The structural features of employees social responsibility and the arguments for irresponsible behavior in the implementation of managerial decisions are determined. The interdependence of managerial decisions and the dominant motives of employees responsible behavior is established: ideological, sociogenic, material. The restraining factors of the formation of social responsibility in the system of person-oriented management of enterprises and organizations have been clarified. The necessity of taking into account the value-motivational meanings of employees' activities as a factor in the growth of responsible behavior has been substantiated. The necessity of a substantive-active orientation of employees' social responsibility has been proved.

The author refers to the theory and practice of social responsibility of business structures. The paper analyzes the development of the practice of social responsibility in the Russian Federation and the post-Soviet space. The main models of social responsibility of business in Russia and possible ways of their development are described.

 

Corporate social responsibility: a synergistic approach in the activities of Russian and foreign corporations

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the international scientific community is increasingly discussing issues of social responsibility of enterprises and organizations. The article examines topical issues of corporate social responsibility of companies in Russia and abroad, through the prism of a synergistic approach. The manifestations of low and high synergy in the activities of business representatives are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for the development of CSR programs in companies under the influence of the 2020-2021 pandemic, and the importance of a synergistic approach during the crisis.

Management anomalies in the civil service system

In modern social practices, there is clearly a mismatch between the attractor and the real normative system of the civil service, ideal and real norms of behavior. The author of the article makes an attempt to reveal the essence of the determinants of deviations in the professional activities of civil servants by studying the general essential and causal complex of deviations among individuals, small and large social groups. The article provides a classification and levels of deviations in public service. The article will be useful to representatives of state and municipal government, as well as researchers dealing with issues of administrative anomalies.

 

Social aspects of the organizational activities of local self-government authorities

The article deals with the issues of planning and organizing the activities of local self-government authorities. Using the practical example of the municipality Krasnenkaya Rechka, the author examines how the work with personnel in the system of municipal government is formed and carried out. In order to maximize the use of the labor potential of the administration staff, the author describes in detail the organization of personnel planning. The article will be useful for students of the direction "state and municipal management", specialists and heads of state authorities.

 

Economic efficiency of targeted training of the municipal district personnel reserve

The article highlights the main tasks of targeted training of the personnel reserve. The necessity of developing a methodology for identifying talented managers from the total number of those wishing to obtain management specialties has been proved. The application of the methodology will make it possible to foresee the probabilistic values ​​of the manifestation of management abilities, and also allow us to determine the proportion of talented managers in different groups. With the help of calculations, it is justified to obtain a socio-economic effect from the application of the developed methodology in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The article deals the influence of external factors, as the COVID-19 pandemic, on the attitude to work of the economically active population of Russia and foreign countries. The purpose of this study is to identify problem areas in the labor market and changes in the behavior of employees, an analytical review of the main trends in the field of corporate well – being programs. The prospects for the transition of corporations to a "hybrid" mode of work and its possible consequences for the labor market are considered and analyzed.

 

The mechanism for the formation of entrepreneurial style of enterprise management in modern conditions

On the basis of subject-objected approach of the entrepreneurship impact, the authors propose a mechanism for the formation of an entrepreneurial management style. The purpose of creating such a mechanism is a comprehensive presentation of the problem with the allocation of the most significant elements: factors of formation, object and subject, impact, some criteria for assessing the state of the problem, directions of its development. As a result, the proposed mechanism for the formation of an entrepreneurial management style makes it possible to analyze the dynamics of the development of external and internal environmental factors, takes into account the need for a parametric assessment of the problem state, clarifies possible directions and reflects the relationship between the management style used by managers and the results of the enterprise.

The article reveals the problematic situation of social manipulators and social deviations. On the basis on a broad amount of empirical data, examples of social deviations are provided. The author has proved that the problem situations under consideration are the reason for the inconsistency in the activities of civil society institutions. The article defines the principles of building a social mechanism for the interaction of civil society institutions in a complex crime situation and the cultivation of various forms of deviant behavior of citizens.

 

Analysis of value and behavioral attitudes in the system of public movement

The article examines the analysis of the goals and objectives regulated in the official documents of social movements, as an opportunity to develop a program for studying the possibilities of changing value and behavioral guidelines and attitudes, by typologizing the identified attitudes and measuring changes of their orientation. It is proposed to develop a program for sociological research of manipulative practices presented in social movements, that are identified through dynamic changes in the consciousness of social movements participants.

 

Social and psychological features of employee commitment formation in enterprises and organizations

The article is devoted to the issue of managing the organizational commitment of employees at enterprises and organizations. The author assumed that on the basis of fixing and changing the socio-psychological characteristics of the personnel, it is possible to manage their commitment to the company. The article presents the results of a correlation analysis of the data of an empirical study and identifies factors that are related to the indicators of organizational commitment of employees. The article will be useful for students of the specialty "personnel management", practicing HR managers and researchers dealing with personnel commitment.

Corruption as a part of social reality of modern society

Corruption activity in Russia is one of the most acute problems. The trend is not changing for the better: today, within the framework of modern Russian society, corruption is no longer represented as a private criminal act, but as a mass social phenomenon that has a well-functioning toolkit within the framework of a latently formed social institution. This article provides an analysis of the determinants of corruption crime, examines the process of constructing social deviance as an inevitable consequence of corruption through the prism of various sociological theories, which, intertwining with each other in a thin line, demonstrate a close connection between the subjects of corrupt activities and the general conditions of life in Russian society.

 

Alternative education: the problems of a new phenomenon in the approach to learning

This article reveals the concept of "alternative education". The advantages and disadvantages of alternative education and the potential consequences are considered. The author analyzes the portrait of an individual who graduated from a school with an alternative education. We conduct our own research in the form of interviews and provide responses from respondents of other figures. The process of transformation of such a social institution as a school is analyzed.

 

Public scandals: typologization and socio-technological aspect

The article is devoted to the consideration of the public scandals phenomenon in modern society. The author offers his own definition of the term “scandal”, presents the concept of role distribution in public scandals, on the basis of which models of their formation and spreading are described (each is illustrated by a real example from the media space), systematizes public scandals and analyzes their socio-technological aspect.

 

The relationship between the phenomenon of freeganism and the cyclical economy

The article presents the results of a study to establish the relationship between the models of a cyclical economy and the phenomenon of "freeganism" on the territory of the Russian Federation. The qualitative method (interviews) with the Frigans made it possible to analyze the state of the Freeganism subculture and compare it with Western European and American models. The method of quantitative data collection (survey) was aimed at studying the prevalence of cyclical economy models in the Russian Federation and the interest of Russians in their activities.

 

Young people's attitudes towards vaccinations

This article reveals the acute and contradictory problem today - the problem of vaccination. This topic is constantly raised by authors and sociologists in their works, and bloggers on the Internet do not get tired of discussing about this, each side has its own truth, which is propagated by representatives of different points of view on social networks and not only. "Vaccinate or not?" Is a question that for several years has tormented many parents, and just people who are serious about their own health. The article also presents the results of a sociological study on the topic "Young people's attitude to vaccinations" conducted by me in March 2021. And in conclusion, some recommendations are given that, in my opinion, will help all people interested in the topic of vaccination to understand and still answer themselves to the question that is now almost global in importance - "Do you need to get vaccinated?".
