Social maturity of employees in modern enterprises and organizations

The article draws attention to the processes of formation of social maturity of enterprises and organizations employees. The causal characteristics of employees social maturity are determined during the period of transformation of social relations, the acquisition of new qualities of organizing the management of various professional and qualification and status groups of employees and the formation of a socio-professional environment for their interaction with each other in solving socially significant tasks. Theoretically and empirically substantiated is the need to take into account the numerous social-role and socio-professional attitudes in the management of enterprises and organizations that determine the social maturity of workers.

 

Objectivization of the development of environmental culture in Russia: sociological analysis

The article is devoted to a sociological analysis of the formation of ecological culture among Russians in the context of sustainable development goals. Based on extensive theoretical and empirical material, the article analyzes the problematic situations that develop in the practices of the formation of environmental culture in Russia. Special attention is paid to the results of international and domestic research with the subject of environmental culture research. As a result, the article highlights promising areas of research that are necessary to develop a social mechanism for the formation of ecological culture in Russia. These areas include issues of trust in authorities and civil institutions in matters of environmental activities; environmental values; the influence of the information environment; awareness of the population about the goals of sustainable development.

Digital educational environment during the covid-19 pandemic: realities and prospects

The article examines the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic on the development of education in the context of digitalization of the educational space. On the one hand, the pandemic accelerated the introduction of digital technologies into the educational environment; on the other, it led to the largest disruption in the functioning of the education system worldwide. The epidemic aggravated the existing problem of inequality in education, affected the productivity of the educational process. Studying the factors influencing the effectiveness of distance learning technologies is an important aspect of reducing educational losses in the long term.

 

Digital technologies in public administration and networking for communication modelling in social entrepreneurship

The article is devoted to identifying the architecture of communication channels and the topology of information flows in the system of social interactions. The methodology includes a historical and genetic analysis of discourse in a pandemic and an analysis of a number of cases illustrating the advancement of research hypotheses. The architecture of crisis communications during a pandemic in Russian society has been formulated and built, taking into account the activities of the state and individual and institutional social entrepreneurship.

The meanings of educational and professional activities of youth in a hybrid educational environment

The article deals with the problems of professionalization of modern youth in the context of socio-cultural and economic conditions transformation. As a result of theoretical and empirical analysis, the structure of the terminal and instrumental value-motivational meanings of students' professional activity, which determine priorities in relation to the goals of activity and ways to achieve success in the profession, is determined. The motives for obtaining higher education and the interpretation by young people of the role of education and other factors in achieving success in life are revealed.

 

Perfectionism in personnel management as a factor of university competitiveness: major goals and financial indicators

In this paper, personnel perfectionism is considered as a social phenomenon and indispensable condition for improving university ranking, developing research and educational performance, and increasing income level. Perfectionism is a systemic quality of human resource management in top universities which determines best employee recruitment, assessment, motivation, and retention methods. An analysis of 21 American and British universities shows that personnel expenditure varies from 50% to 80% and, on average, equals 60%. Benefits are aimed at providing personnel social wellbeing. This amount of expenditure is not the highest among other industries. Nevertheless, flexibility of benefits and their direct connection with performance results develops perfectionism of research and faculty staff: constant qualification and professional excellence improvement, conducting research aimed at discovery, aspiration to targeting key performance indicators and reaching outstanding results which exceed planned goals. Income from research in partnership with hi-tech companies in university budgets having top 30 positions in global rankings, constitutes up to 70% among all other income sources, and has remained unchanged over the previous ten years. New knowledge creation gives an obvious competitive advantage to universities possessing an understanding of company needs in labour resources in real economy and demand for professional competences of graduates. Partnerships with knowledge-based companies open up opportunities for universities to develop competitive programs of higher education and attract best students not only at the national level but also from abroad. Perfectionism in the system of personnel management is a factor of increasing university competitiveness but, in the long run, enhancing investment potential of region and country. University which is able not only to transmit knowledge accumulated by past generations, but also actively participate in addressing global challenges, is worth having the highest position in world rankings.

 

Video games, loneliness and future orientation: some observations from an online survey of teenagers and parents

The article tests the hypothesis put forward by experts during the field work that teenagers who play video games often feel lonely in real life. The hypothesis is supported by data from a survey of parents but refuted by data from a survey of teenagers themselves. It is concluded that adults share the generally accepted opinion or the experts translate the views of parents. Correlating the frequency of video games with the future mindset indirectly provides the portrait of the teenagers who plays video games every day.

 

Implementation of the competency-based approach in the practices of training specialists of the new generation

Recently, in public practices, the transition from a qualification model of a specialist to a competency model, that is, focused on the field of professional activity, has been widely discussed. in the context of applying a competent approach. In this regard, the article is devoted to the analysis of the reform of education in Russia based on the Bologna system. The paper reveals the definition of "competence" and defines the main directions for the development of the necessary competencies among young professionals, as a key condition for competitiveness in the labor market.

The specifics of motivation of deviant behavior of students in the educational process

The article examines the motivation of students who violate the institutional norms adopted at the university (primary deviation), which may be associated with more serious deviations in the behavior of an individual and/or a group (secondary deviation). The methodological basis of the study was chosen: the typology of M.Weber's activities based on value-oriented motivation and the typology based on the initial orientation of schoolchildren to study at a university in their specialty.

In today's increasingly competitive labor market, employers find it more and more difficult to attract and retain valuable employees. This article reveals the concept of an HR brand as an image of a company in the market that contributes to the effective recruitment of personnel and is an important component of the organization's personnel policy. Forming an HR employer brand is a rather complicated and lengthy process. To achieve this goal, today there are many modern methods, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.

This article aims to "draw" a social portrait of a modern migrant from Central Asia in Russia based on the studies conducted in different cities of Russia. The article consists of three parts. The first one will present a brief historical and statistical analysis of the migration processes of the Post-Soviet space, the second will formulate the main methodological principles on which the research was based, the third part will make up the social portrait of a legal labor migrant from Central Asia to Russia.

 

Social aspects of the use of non-standard forms of employment in the Russian labor market

Non-standard employment has a significant impact on the Russian labor market. The article identifies the main specificitys of new forms of non-standard employment that have become widespread in Russia in modern conditions (telework, freelance, platform employment). According to the results of a study conducted in St. Petersburg organizations, it was concluded that remote work and freelancers' work are used in organizations of various types of economic activity mainly for knowledge workers. The advantages and disadvantages of the above-mentioned forms of employment are formulated, their impact on the social status of employees is shown.

The article provides a theoretical and empirical analysis of the phenomenon of knowledge as a key resource in the process of technological development of enterprises and organizations under the conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The article is devoted to the distinctive characteristics of digital transformation in the labor market. The author analyzed the reports of experts from Global Education Futures (GEF) and WorldSkills Russia of different years, considered the global trend of accelerating the emergence of innovations and their development. The legal and regulatory framework of the Russian Federation in the field of digital transformation and changes in the regulation of remote work has been studied. The key skills of an employee in the economy of the future are identified, possible risks are highlighted, and recommendations for the development of competencies in the context of rapid volatility and high competition are presented.

Volunteer activity as a factor of increasing the resistance of youth in higher educational institutions

The article presents the results of an empirical study of stress resistance among students of higher educational institutions. In the course of this study, special attention was focused on differences in the level of stress tolerance among students involved in activist and volunteer activities. Based on a survey and a survey of students, the main factors for the development of stress were identified, as well as factors for reducing stress resistance in students during their studies at the university. Recommendations for increasing stress resistance are presented.

 

Social expectations of students in performing labour activities in the pandemic conditions: a sociological analysis

The article examines the problem of transforming the Russian labor market in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis of the influence of the distance learning experience of the students on their expectations regarding the future mode of work is carried out. An empirical study was carried out using the method of a questionnaire survey. The experience of remote implementation of educational activities mainly positively affected the opinion of the respondents about working in a distance format. Based on the study, conclusions were drawn about possible transformations of the labor market in connection with the identified factors.
