Interregional disproportions in education financing (on the example of the North-West Russia)

The article examines the trends in the financing of the education system at the regional level. The results of comparative calculations of investments in the education system from the consolidated budget of the regions and paid services of the population under the item education are presented. The object of the research is the regions of the North-West of Russia.

 

Research of life-meaning accentuations of students personality of Financial University Perm branch

The study raises the actual issue of the life and meaning orientations of students of the Perm branch of the Financial University. As a result of the conducted opinion poll, the authors managed to get an idea of the worldview factors that determine the life and activity of youth. The most preferred choice of the younger generation was the following strategies of meaning of life: pragmatism, eudemonism, hedonism. Respondents are much less interested in ethical orientations such as debt ethics and asceticism. According to the researcher, in the work the concept of a person's «social character» appeared very vivid, which is developed by E. Fromm.

 

To the question of the key reading competencies formation in primary school students

The article discusses the features of the formation of reader's competence as the most important factor in the development of students in primary school. The necessity of interaction of informational, cognitive, interactive, evaluative, motivational structure of reader's competence is substantiated. The interrelation of reader's competence and meta-subject skills in the development of the program is revealed.

 

Uncertainty of organizational culture in the context of enterprise strategic goals implementation

The article explores the essence and characteristics of organizational culture from the standpoint of identifying signs of its uncertainty, which acts as a factor in the inconsistency of the socio-psychological climate with the goals and objectives of the development of enterprises and organizations. It is substantiated that the presence of a number of behavioral constructs that determine the destructive behavior of employees at the enterprise gives uncertainty to the organizational culture, in which production targets that are different in terms of goals, focus, and involvement of personnel are formed. The negative consequences of an organizational culture that is uncertain in structure, content, orientation, incl. loss of labor motivation, isolation of certain groups of workers, growth of distrust among workers, etc. As a result of theoretical and empirical analysis, the prerequisites for the formation of a destructive socio-psychological climate are substantiated and directions for overcoming destructiveness through organizational culture are formulated.

Prevention of emotional burnout as a factor in increasing staff motivation

The article deals with the problem of emotional burnout of employees in relation to the components of the motivational aspect that affect the success of the organization. The analysis of external and internal factors leading to emotional burnout is given, based on the statistics of employees` requests for psychological support. The role of prevention as a pre-emption of the process of complete emotional burnout is highlighted.

 

Dominants and distinctive features of social and professional communications in medical institutions

Based on the analysis of the literature the article briefly gives a general understanding of the specifics of the modern medical services market, describes the features of social and professional communications in this sphere. In relation to medical institutions, their interaction with the population, the settlement community, the characteristics of the identified main dominants in the implementation of social and professional communications are derived.

Modeling the process of human resources management in the context of employee satisfaction with the labor process

The problems of implementing and strengthening the personnel potential of organizations have always been recognized as relevant in modern society, while the solution of these problems most often remained in the sphere of regulatory conditions for social security of labor activity. However, the increasing importance of the social development of personnel has become a generally recognized fact and has led to the popularization of the concept of corporate culture, which fundamentally changes the attitude towards employees and assumes a different philosophy of personnel management based on considering their individual values and needs, promoting personal and professional development and providing social support. At the same time, practice shows that the humanistic concept has a beneficial effect on the personnel potential of enterprises, since it transforms the complex of labor resources into one of the types of capital that acts as an important competitive advantage. In this article, the theoretical foundations of the study of the processes of managing the satisfaction of employees of enterprises in modern conditions were considered. In addition, the results of an empirical study of the practice of personnel satisfaction management and the actual level of employee satisfaction of three enterprises different in their type of activity: large industrial, small industrial and non-industrial. Also, based on the study, a model of problematic aspects of managing employee satisfaction with working conditions was formed, which includes three levels: institutional, organizational-administrative and methodological. A model of human resource management of enterprises in the context of satisfaction with working conditions was developed, the purpose of which was to reflect the most suitable standard human resource management structure for Russian business, which allows to fully consider the satisfaction factor and ensure its improvement.

 

Personnel management in the digital economy: sources of uncertainty and risk factors

The article defines the essence of the concepts of uncertainty and risk, studies of sources that accompany the process of managing a socio-economic system in a digital economy. Particular attention is paid to the uncertainty of the socio-psychological environment and socio-psychological dimension of uncertainty, taking into account the characteristics of the personnel of organizations and enterprises as a source of uncertainty and risk factor. Theoretically and empirically substantiated risk factors in the personnel management system: a comparative analysis of the degree of riskogenicity of various groups of personnel, personnel technologies, threats in the management system, vulnerabilities of various types of assets of organizations and enterprises was carried out, the most risky structural, organizational and managerial factors were identified.

Information technology in talent management is essential for the implementation of a personnel strategy related to reducing losses from the loss of highly qualified employees. The study identified the functions of HCM systems that automate talent management processes. A comparative description of the programs in demand on the Russian market in terms of the composition of HR processes is given. The benefits that the company receives from the implementation of talent management automation are determined.

Social contradictions. From conflict to deviation and crime in the sphere of economic activity

Based on the generalization of a wide theoretical and empirical material, the author of the article presents a system of evidence that demonstrates how conflicts lead to economic crimes of enterprise managers and representatives of public administration. The article suggests possible directions of action that are aimed at overcoming the folding social contradictions. The work will be useful to heads of enterprises and organizations, civil servants, as well as representatives of the legislative and executive authorities.

 

Conflict as an essential characteristic of deviant behavior: theoretical and methodological prerequisites for studying the issue

Deviant behavior is always ambiguous, violates the established order, and therefore is conflictual. The article reveals approaches to the study of conflict in various schools and scientific fields, formulates the concept of conflict in the educational process, and considers the classifications of conflict. Special attention is paid to classifications that can be applied to the analysis of deviant behavior of high school students. The importance of a set of measures aimed at minimizing deviant behavior is noted.

Distinctive features of the public movements of the urban agglomeration

The article theoretically and empirically studies the distinctive features of social movements in an urban agglomeration. The analysis revealed the structural, organizational and structural-content features of social movements in the social conditions of the urban agglomeration. A survey of participants in social movements of the urban agglomeration was conducted to identify value-motivational guidelines as one of the key distinguishing features. The results of the study can be used in the formation of a policy of interaction with social movements in solving socially significant problems.

The article is devoted to a sociological analysis of the working conditions of pedagogical workers in orphanages. Based on statistical data, participant observation and a sociological survey, the article presents a professional portrait of the studied professional group, describes the quantitative characteristics of pedagogical workers in orphanages in Russia, their content of work, income, etc.

Sociology of history: the search for the "right" view of the "wrong" history

History is a legitimate subject field of sociological research. Here the sociologist is trying to find an answer to such a seemingly simple question about how certain historical events are imprinted in the public consciousness. It is important for a sociologist to find out how the attitude to these events has changed over time. A sociologist on the margins of history is trying to assess the web of myths, ideologies, values with which these events were loaded by its participants and their descendants. Any historical event always has multi-layered interpretations, depending on the system of dominant values. The author states that there is always a "correct history" in any society, and all other historical descriptions are declared "not correct", that is, falsifications. This division of the historical field is determined by the image of the future, under which the "correct" history is built. The article contains empirical material belonging to the author.

Research of current value guidelines on the example of modern youth in St. Petersburg

This article examines the value-motivational guidelines of young people. The sociological study was conducted, which made it possible to determine the dynamics of values of the considered social group. Based on the generalized theoretical and empirical research material, recommendations have been developed for improving the activities of social policy for working with young people.

The article attempts to conceptually display the structure of working time in an organization, for which the history of the study of time in the social sciences is considered. This article raises the question of why the appeal of political elites to conspiracy discourse and their use of appropriate images and meanings in populist rhetoric are strategically effective for communicating with the population and retaining power. Describing the communication value of the exploitation of conspiracy fears by political leaders, the author demonstrates how this exploitation serves to mask permanent social conflict.

The article deals with the problems of the psychological state of employees. As a result of theoretical and empirical analysis, the main conditions of employees were determined, an assessment of the emotional state and the impact of mental health of employees on the interaction of employees in the team and their productivity was carried out. It also examined the main options for reducing employee anxiety to maintain employee efficiency and productivity.

 

Impact of flexibility on adaptation of organizational structures to the covid-19 pandemic conditions

The article examines the relationship between the effective implementation of distance employment in an organization and the level of flexibility of its organizational structures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The problems of transformation of the hierarchical structure and performance discipline into teamwork with management and control by result are revealed. It is concluded that flexible organizations better adapt to strong changes in the external environment, providing the necessary conditions for the introduction of remote work.
