Gender inequality and low birth rate in South Korea: from tradition to modernity
The purpose of this article is to examine gender inequality in the Republic of Korea, which is based on Confucian ideology deeply rooted in people's minds. Attention is paid to the measures of the government and social movements of the country aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for Korean women in modern conditions. We are also talking about the problem of low birth rate in South Korea, which was the result, on the one hand, of a high level of economic development and high living standards of people, and, on the other hand, of the still existing patriarchal foundations in the culture of society.
Migration attitudes of students and their impact on labor resources development
The article examines students' migration attitudes based on the materials of a sociological study conducted in the Mogilev region. It is noted that migration does not always proceed uniformly, and this necessitates studying migration, especially its social aspects, considering it in a complex of economic, demographic, ethnographic, and legal processes. Different levels of needs and their unequal satisfaction are the most important prerequisites for the formation of potential migrants.
Analysis of the implementation of the Program «Development of demographic and family policy in the Tver region», within the framework of the national project «Demography»
The article provides information on the implementation of the state program of the Tver region «Development of demographic and family policy in the Tver region for 2020–2025», which is part of the national project «Demography». A study was conducted in the implementation of this project in the Tver region, as part of supporting families with children. Statistical data, target indicators, general information about the program are provided and recommendations are given for solving identified problems.

The article examines the applicability of various areas of sociology in the modern interpretation of the development of human relations: it defines the subject-activity characteristics of sociology in solving socially significant problems solved by teams of enterprises and organizations. It is theoretically and empirically proven that sociology in the period of social transformations acts as a system-forming science on the development of man and human relations.

In the process of industrial development of the country, attention is increasingly drawn to the development of human potential, social health of participants in activities at enterprises and organizations. The article reveals the essence and indicators of social health, reflecting the possibility of using human potential in solving socially significant problems. A conceptual assumption is made about taking into account the factors determining human social health in the development strategy of enterprises and organizations: the influence of social health on the development of human potential of participants in the labor and management process is empirically proven.
Organizational identity in the employer brand management system
The article examines the problem of employer brand formation, which is studied in connection with work culture, meanings in activities, and organizational identity. Employer brand management in the digital economy goes beyond the formation of favorable working conditions and includes a human-oriented approach to the development of the organization's human potential, when highly qualified, involved and satisfied employees demonstrate organizational and civil brand-oriented behavior that creates the organization's reputation in the minds of target audiences. An interpretation of the "corporate character" is proposed, reflecting human characteristics that are usually identified with the organization, taking into account the structure of terminal and instrumental meanings that predetermine the perception of activity goals and models for achieving them.
Interaction with social robots: a microsociological analysis
With the development of computer technologies and artificial intelligence in particular, there is an increasing popularity of social robots. However, the question of how people react on such entities remains open. The article presents an analysis of theoretical frameworks that characterize the interaction between humans and algorithms in everyday situations and social contexts. The authors consider ideas of Sherry Turkle, Harry Collins, Lucy Suchman, and Gaëlle Chartier, and relate them to the issues of human-robot interaction.
Results of a pilot study of electoral activity among students of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University
This article analyzes the electoral activity of students of Northern (Arctic) Federal University. The study was conducted to identify the main factors affecting the electoral behavior of students in electoral processes and to analyze the main trends. The study analyzed the level of students' political awareness, their interest and trust in politics, participation in public life. The obtained results can be used to develop effective strategies to increase the electoral activity of students at the university.
Employer value proposition as a tool for social development

The article discusses issues related to the role of state ideology in the patriotic education of young citizens. It’s substantiated the necessity of development of the patriotic idea as a core of national spirituality and cohesion. In modern Russia, the ideology of patriotism should be formed on the basis of solidarity of representatives of various social and professional groups of the population and institutions of civil society. The article examines the concepts of civic identity, historical memory and historical self-identification as fundamental in the implementation of state policy aimed at strengthening the patriotic education of youth.

In this regard, the study has developed a number of practical recommendations covering key aspects of this area.

Diagnostic technologies and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality
The article analyzes the psycho-emotional impact of extreme emergency situations (including wartime stress) and its consequences on the psychophysiological state of the individual. The article considers the step-by-step structure of a person's psychoemotional reaction to an extreme emergency, as well as the components of a person's psychoemotional reaction to wartime stress. The concept of panic (panic attack) and its consequences for the psychoemotional state of a person is analyzed. As an effective psychoemotional tool to facilitate the process of social adaptation of people affected by wartime stress, the approbation of research "Development of theoretical foundations and computer intelligent technologies for diagnosing and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality", conducted by employees of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems" (Donetsk) this year, is proposed.
Application of generational theory in social- professional interaction with medical personnel
The article reveals the importance of the theory of generations and examines the possibility of its application in the process of working with actual and potential employees of medical organizations during the search for employees, employment, adaptation in the workplace, during the performance of professional duties. Currently, an increase in the average age of medical workers in Russia is recorded, as well as a decrease in the number of young specialists, which confirms the need to take into account the features of value-semantic orientations, social attitudes and other characteristics of the modern generation to build high-quality interaction with them. The actualization of taking into account not only the professional competencies and soft skills of the candidate during employment is noted, but also the correspondence of the personality of the potential employee to the corporate culture of the organization and the importance of assessing the generational characteristics of the individual.

The article considers the concept of «university rating» as a tool for managing the information, motivational, image-forming component of the activities of higher education organization. The main models of universities are analyzed, taking into account the communication process between organizations and their stakeholders (target audiences, translators and recipients of the university's image). The key ratings of universities are described and the main trends that influenced the formation of the image of universities in Russia are highlighted.

Chinese household appliance brands in the Russian market: impact of awareness on perceived quality
This paper aims to investigate how consumer awareness of consumer brands affects the perceived quality of their products, by examining the Russian market for Chinese household appliances. A two-stage empirical study was conducted to identify the link between these factors. Through frequency, regression, and cluster analyses, dependencies between factors were determined and patterns of consumer behavior in the market under research were identified.

Individual contract - a legal means of overcoming social conflicts in the Russian Federation
This article presents information on the importance and necessity of disseminating individual contractual regulation within the framework of the mechanism of legal regulation as a way to overcome social conflicts and develop public relations in the Russian Federation. It is proposed to consider an individual contract as the most optimal means of overcoming conflicts in society. The necessity of expanding individual contractual regulation is explained, since this increases the role of private initiative, as well as private responsibility for decisions taken, which contributes to strengthening public relations.
