Abstract:
The article considers the principle of modern basing of a social package based on a flexible set of additional bonuses in the form of a Cafeteria of benefits. The results of a sociological study reflecting the preferential preferences of employees of a credit institution in relation to available and desired benefits in order to ensure the long-term employment relationship and increase loyalty to the company are presented.
