The issue of socialization of the peoples of the north of Russia seems to be extremely complex and relevant now. To contribute to the solution of the accumulated objectively existing contradictions on this issue, it is necessary to understand the objectively real features and characteristic features of the development of the peoples of the north, as well as their specificity. This requires a comprehensive analysis of all available information collected about the demographic, socio-economic, cultural and other features of the regions where the peoples of the north live.
