Abstract:
The article analyzes the psycho-emotional impact of extreme emergency situations (including wartime stress) and its consequences on the psychophysiological state of the individual. The article considers the step-by-step structure of a person's psychoemotional reaction to an extreme emergency, as well as the components of a person's psychoemotional reaction to wartime stress. The concept of panic (panic attack) and its consequences for the psychoemotional state of a person is analyzed. As an effective psychoemotional tool to facilitate the process of social adaptation of people affected by wartime stress, the approbation of research "Development of theoretical foundations and computer intelligent technologies for diagnosing and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality", conducted by employees of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems" (Donetsk) this year, is proposed.
