Currently, an increase in the average age of medical workers in Russia is recorded, as well as a decrease in the number of young specialists, which confirms the need to take into account the features of value-semantic orientations, social attitudes and other characteristics of the modern generation to build high-quality interaction with them. The actualization of taking into account not only the professional competencies and soft skills of the candidate during employment is noted, but also the correspondence of the personality of the potential employee to the corporate culture of the organization and the importance of assessing the generational characteristics of the individual.
