The article examines the problem of managing the employee's experience of interaction with the enterprise, which is becoming more relevant in the context of the emergence of the impression economy. Particular attention is paid to the use of the socio-professional mapping tool, including the stages of compiling a path map, analyzing positive and negative incidents, metrics, key errors in compiling.
