Abstract:
The article considers corporate culture and business communication as the basis of the code of corporate ethics of Russian machine-building enterprises. The goals and objectives of the code of corporate ethics are highlighted, functions are described. The code of corporate culture and labor ethics of JSC "SHAAZ" is considered in detail. Business etiquette affects relations in the labor collective. The code of corporate ethics helps to solve disputable situations appearing between employees in the process of work at the plants.
