The article examines the theoretical foundations of management decisions for conflict prevention, presents the results of a sociological research conducted at Sportmaster LLC, which includes: a survey of the organization's employees and an expert interview with store managers. The research provides an exhaustive analysis, as well as general and methodological recommendations for managerial decision-making in conflict management.
